More Fall Yarns!

Fall yarns are still rolling in and here are the latest additions!!
Warmi by Amano Yarns 
This is a brand new yarn and company to the store and we're very excited to have it! Warmi is a Worsted weight yarn made of Baby Alpaca and Merino Wool. It comes from Peru and the colors are inspired by Peruvian fruits and flowers.
Kismet Yarns
After the success of our Kismet Trunk show we decided to bring in a few Kismet yarns! We went with Simple Sweater, Sleek DK, and Gradient Kits!
The name says is all with this yarn! It's a classic worsted weight, in beautiful hand dyed colors, and it's easy to knit with. It's a great go-to yarn for any sweater design.

Sleek DK is a wonderful blend of 50% Wool and 50% Silk. It has a wonderful drape and softness that makes any project luxurious.
The Gradient Kit is a wonderful little collection of fingering weight yarn in a beautiful array of ombre colors. Each kit has 1155 yards of yarn which is plenty to use for a shawl or sweater.

We have more Florentine Kits in as well as 1 kit for the Zhivago Shawl in Merino Cloud! We also have Gradient Kits in Merino Cloud that are super soft and super beautiful.

Employee Spotlight and New Store Sample!

Our very own Elizabeth has made these adorable pillows as a gift and we just needed to show them off!  
She used the #33 Heart Blanket pattern by Bonnie Franz, which is available on Ravelry. The unique striping effect is made by the yarn which happens to be Kureyon by Noro! This pattern is perfect for an adult blanket, baby blanket, and obviously pillows!  

We also have a new store sample!

This shawl is so unique and beautiful and it just begged to be made in Silk Rhapsody Glitter by ArtYarns. It only too 1 skein of each color and when knitted on a size 6 needle, it really shines! 

Wear it on your shoulders traditionally or wrap it around your neck like a big, comfy scarf. Either way, this piece is a statement!

We just received a huge box of Misti Alpaca Chunky in a beautiful array of colors. We love this yarn for cozy hats, scarves, cowls, and even sweaters.

More alpaca?? Bring it on! For those of you love the softness of alpaca but want to keep things light and lofty, Herriot Fine is the yarn you! With a whopping 461 yards you'll have plenty of yarns to snuggle up in.

Need to add some fuzzy fun to your projects? Look no further than Ebano! It's great as a fun accent on a piece or you could go all out and make a super fun sweater!

**FANCY FINISHER CHRISTMAS DEADLINE**

 

 

**FANCY FINISHER CHRISTMAS DEADLINE**
**THIS MONDAY, AUGUST 24th**

Needlepoint projects that you would like finished by our FANCY FINISHER in Texas, MUST be in our shop THIS MONDAY, AUGUST 24th by 6:30pm CLOSING TIME.

**Projects not brought into our shop by This Monday, August 24th will not returned finished until AFTER the New Year, until approximately March/April 2016.
Our fancy finisher in Texas will not accept any request for a rush order. They provided us with this deadline for a reason. They work with different shops nation wide and get bombarded with work needed for the holidays, not just by us. We are not the only Needlepoint shop they deal with.

Please Be Advised, we do have other finishers that we can use who will have your projects back in time for Christmas 2015, not to worry!

*This deadline is for our Fancy Finisher in Texas Only. We have not yet been provided with deadlines dates from any of our other finishers. We will post deadlines as soon as we begin to receive them. Thank you!

**CHRISTMAS DEADLINE REMINDER**

 

**DEADLINE REMINDER**


If anyone is stitching a project that would like it to be finished by our fancy finisher in Texas, and needs it back in time for Christmas 2015, your project MUST be in our shop this Monday, August 24th by 6:30pm closing time.

**If your project is not in by this day and time, you will not receive your project back finished until after the New Year in approximately March/April 2016. Please be sure to tell us to make a note on the invoice that your project is needed back in time for Christmas. Our finisher will not accept any request for a rush order. Please Be Advised!

*This deadline is for our fancy finisher in Texas only. We have yet to be provided with any other deadlines from any of our other finishers.

All Belts, Dog Collars or Key Fobs wanted back in time for Christmas must be in our Shop by Thursday, November 19th. Any belt brought in for finishing AFTER November 19th will not be back from our finisher until 2016.

Eco+ is a bulky yarn made of 100% wool. Each skein has 478 yards.

We are thrilled to have a new yarn in the store!  
Enzo Sport by Shalimar Yarns is a combination of superwash wool, cashmere, and nylon. It's perfect for babies and kids and the colors are truly beautiful. We love this yarn and we're sure that you will too!
We also just got a full shipment of Pashmina Worsted from Madelinteosh! 
Madelinetosh has decided to discontinue Pashmina Worsted so this is our last time stocking this wonderful yarn. Be sure to stop in and get some for yourself before it's all out.

There's a lot going on at Annie and Company this week so here's a little update to keep you in the knitting know!

Kismet Trunk Show
If you missed our little event last night, not to worry, we will have Kismet yarns in the store for the next week! Make sure you stop by the large table towards the back of the store to see the great yarns Kismet has to offer. Also, if you're looking for a quantity of a particular yarn, we would be happy to special order it for you.

Very Violet Shawl Class
  Dana will be teaching a class for her Very Violet Shawl Thursday July 23, from 6:30-8pm. We will provide the pattern but you will be responsible for your yarn and hook...we recently received a large shipment of Tosh Merino Light that would be perfect! You'll only need 2 skeins and an F(3.75mm) hook.
