Needlepoint Canvas Orders
DUE TO ONGOING CANVAS, THREAD, AND NOTION SHORTAGES WITHIN THE NEEDLEWORK INDUSTRY, ORDER FULFILLMENT FOR NEEDLEPOINT CANVASES MAY TAKE 12–28+ WEEKS.
Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays from vendors and manufacturers are beyond our control.
For items currently in stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and shipment.
Online orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday.
Delivery time begins once your package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier.
There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on online orders of $300.00 or more within the continental United States via UPS Ground.

Signature Requirements
A signature may be required depending on the shipping service selected.
If a signature is required and you would like to waive it, you must contact the carrier directly and request that service. Please have your tracking number available when contacting them.
By selecting a shipping service that does not require a signature, or by requesting that a signature requirement be waived, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your package at the delivery address provided.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.
Annie & Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including packages left at your front door, porch, patio, side entrance, garage, mailbox area, with neighbors, apartment buildings, or other locations on or near your property.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend:

Checking around your property.

Checking with household members.

Checking with neighbors, your apartment building, front desk, concierge, or mail room.

Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Allowing 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they are actually dropped off.
While Annie & Company cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered, we are happy to assist customers by providing tracking information and filing a carrier claim when available.
Lost, Damaged, and Misdelivered Packages
If a package is confirmed by the carrier to be lost, damaged, or misdelivered, Annie & Company will work with the customer to provide a replacement or other resolution when appropriate.
Replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements unless the carrier confirms that the package was lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or make another delivery attempt.
It is the customer's responsibility to respond to any delivery notices left by the carrier.
PO Boxes
UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
A physical residential or business street address is required for these shipping methods.
