**PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE IN STOCK WHEN PURCHASED**
For items that are in stock, please allow up to 7 business days for processing the shipment.
Business days are Monday-Friday for Shipping.
Delivery time begins once your package has been picked up and scanned by the courier.
There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.
**Shipping is Non-Refundable**
We ship using:
- Priority Mail (USPS) w/tracking (estimated 2-5 business days for delivery once picked up and scanned by courier) for small orders of thread(s).
- UPS Ground w/tracking (5-10 business days, depending on your location, for delivery once picked up & scanned by courier)
- UPS Express w/tracking (2-3 business days for delivery once picked up & scanned by courier)
- FedEx International Ground to Canada Only w/tracking (3+ business days once picked up by courier. **Delivery time can vary depending on Canadian customs)
- International Shipping (USPS) to all other countries w/tracking (6-10+ business days to many major markets depending on customs, once picked up by courier)
Free shipping on all **online orders of $150.00 or more within the continental US Only via UPS Ground Service. **Does not apply to in-store purchases.
Free shipping is not available for International orders or Express Delivery.
**Shipping is non-refundable**
A signature may be required upon delivery for UPS/FedEx/USPS packages depending on the shipping option you choose. If a signature is required and you want to waive it to have the package left at your door/on your property, You will need to contact the appropriate courier and request that service. Have your tracking number ready to provide to customer service.
**If you choose delivery service with no signature required, you are giving permission to the delivery person to leave packages at the address you provided for delivery.
***Annie & Company is not responsible or liable for packages left on your property/at your door/back door/patio/porch/side of house/at your neighbors/ etc. that are missing or stolen. In cases of missing or stolen packages, you will need to contact the appropriate courier with your tracking information to file a claim. Claims must be filed within 60 days. You can then contact us directly by emailing us at anniesneedlepoint@gmail.com - Please include your 4 Digit Order number in the subject line of the email. If a delivery was attempted and you are not home to receive your package, the courier will either leave a delivery attempt slip notifying you they were there OR they will make another delivery attempt the next day. It is your responsibility to respond to the slip if one is left at your door.
UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a PO box. A physical residential or business street address is required for shipping.
If you need to expedite/overnight an order, please call the store to check for availability and to make arrangements (212) 360-7266. Arrangements can not be made through our website. Depending on the order and destination, overnight prices will vary.
***If shipping option "UPS Express" is chosen, orders placed will arrive 2-3 Business Day AFTER the item(s) have been picked up and scanned by the courier **Only if the item(s) ordered are In-Stock.**
Sorry, there is No Saturday or Sunday Delivery.
Orders placed for an item that is Out-of-Stock will can take a while. The item(s) will need to be ordered from the appropriate vendor. Depending on our vendors and their available stock "Wait-Time" can range anywhere from 2 weeks-12 weeks+. You will be notified by email of the wait or any delay once we hear back from the vendor with such information.
For Needlepoint Canvases:
If a vendor does not have the requested canvas in their stock, they will need to have it painted. Lead times will vary with each vendor and their painter's. It may take anywhere from approximately 4 weeks - 16+ weeks. This time frame is not guaranteed and may take longer depending on the painters. That wait time does not include the time to ship between the vendor and our shop or between our shop and the customer.
Shipping Partial Orders:
If some of the items ordered are in-stock and we are waiting for additional items to arrive, we can process and ship partial orders. If an order is being split into two shipments, there may be an additional shipping charge to ship the remainder of an order (within the U.S. only. We can not split international orders.) We will invoice you the charge for the shipping.
We do not have your credit card information to charge you the additional cost. If you do not wish to receive a partial order, please let us know and we will hold your items until everything is in-stock to ship together.
