Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped.


We ship using:

  • Priority Mail (USPS) w/Tracking (Estimated 2-5 Business Days for delivery once shipped) for Small Orders under $30.
  • FedEx Ground w/Tracking (3-7 Business Days, depending on your location, for delivery once shipped)  
  • FedEx Express w/Tracking (2-3 Business Days for delivery once shipped)


 A signature may be required upon delivery for FedEx packages. We can not request for "No Signature." You can personally arrange with your FedEx delivery person or leave a note on your door, to have a package left at your door/on your property. **We are not responsible and have no control for packages left at your door/on your property by your local FedEx Delivery Person. In such case, you will have to take up that issue directly with the FedEx office located in your home city/state.

Shipping for all orders within the Continental US is: 

  • $9.95 for FedEx Ground service 
  • $25.00 for FedEx Express service. 
  • $40.00 Shipping service to Alaska or Hawaii. 

A Tracking # will be provided for FedEx Shipments. 

  • $7.45 for Priority Mail (USPS) Shipping, comes with a Tracking #.
  • $45.00 International orders shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Express Mail. Delivery time varies depending on Customs in your country.

Free shipping on all orders of $100.00 and Up within the Continental US.

Free Shipping is Not Available for International orders.


FedEx Will Not deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical Residential or Business Street Address is Required for Shipping.

If you need to expedite/overnight an order, please call the store to make arrangements (212) 360-7266  They can not be made thru our website. Depending on the order, prices will vary.

If shipping option "FedEx Express" is chosen, orders placed will arrive 2-3 Business Day after the 3-5 business days of processing only if the item ordered is In-Stock. Sorry, there is No Saturday or Sunday Delivery! 

Orders placed for an item that is Out-of-Stock will require more time to receive. The item(s) will need to be ordered from the vendor. Depending on our vendor and their available stock of the requested item, "Wait-Time" can range anywhere from 1-12 weeks. You shall be notified by email of the wait or any delay once we hear back from the vendor. 


For Needlepoint

If our vendor does not have the requested canvas in their stock, it will need to be painted and painting can take anywhere from 1-3 months alone. That wait time does not include the time to ship between the vendor and our shop or between our shop and the customer.

We can process and ship partial orders but a credit card will need to be provided to charge for the shipping of the rest of an order. It can not be charged through PayPal. Shipping will then be a $10 charge to ship the second half of an order.
