Needlepoint Policy
Availability
ALL ITEMS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE IN STOCK AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND MAY NEED TO BE ORDERED OR PAINTED.
In many cases, canvases may need to be ordered from a vendor or painted if they are not currently in stock. We will notify you of the estimated lead time provided to us by the vendor once we receive a response. Please note that most vendors do not reply immediately and estimated completion times are not guaranteed.
If an item has been discontinued, your order will be automatically refunded.
Backorders, Pre-Orders & Special Orders
When an item is not in stock, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to wait for the item.
By agreeing to wait, you authorize Annie & Co. to place a special order, pre-order, or backorder on your behalf.
Once an item has been ordered, pre-ordered, placed on backorder, or painting has begun specifically for you, the order is considered a *special order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty only if you choose not to proceed before the item has been ordered, pre-ordered, placed on backorder, or painting has begun.
If you choose not to wait and instruct us not to order the item for you, the order will be canceled and may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit.
*Special orders canceled after an order has been placed with the vendor, after a pre-order or backorder has been created, or after painting has begun will be issued as store credit only and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Items Ready for Pickup or Shipment
If you agree to wait for an item and it arrives at our shop ready for shipment or pickup, but you later decide that you no longer want the item, it will be treated as a return and is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns
Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery or pick up date for store credit only.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
All returns are subject to inspection. Annie & Co. reserves the sole right to deny any return that is not in resalable condition.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email anniesneedlepoint@gmail.com.
Please include your five digit order number in the subject line or body of the email and indicate the item(s) you would like in exchange.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued under the name and email used on the original order.
Customers may view available store credit by logging into their account on our website. Store credit may be applied during checkout toward future purchases.
Store credit issued for online orders may only be redeemed through our website.

Condition of Returned Merchandise
All returned items, including but not limited to canvases, kits, accessories, jewelry boxes, bags, luggage tags, threads, and yarn, must:

Be in original condition;

Be unopened, unused, and undamaged;

Have all original tags attached;

Be free of smoke or other odors; and
-
Be suitable for resale.
Annie & Co. reserves the sole right to determine whether returned merchandise is in resalable condition.

Annie & Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit and cannot issue store credit for returns that are not received.
Knitting Policy
ALL YARN IS FINAL SALE
All yarn is not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of purchase.
If the desired quantity or color is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Because computer monitors vary, colors displayed online may differ from how they appear in person.
