Returns/Exchanges/Cancellation Store Policy

Needlepoint Policy:

 

Returns/Cancelled Orders are for store credit only, no refunds. Please shop wisely.

In most cases, a canvas may need to be painted if not in stock. We will let you know the estimated painting time given to us by the vendor and you will also be asked if you would like to be placed on backorder.

Yes to Backorder: If you give us the OK to place you on backorder you are agreeing to wait the estimated time the vendor has told us their painters will take. If you choose down the line that you would like to cancel your order after painting has already started, your cancellation will be for store credit only.

No to Backorder: If when asked to be placed on backorder and you tell us no, you do not want to be placed on backorder, we will cancel & refund the order immediately.

Shipping can not be credited for orders that have already been shipped. Orders cancelled before they are shipped are for Store Credit Only, for the full amount of the purchase. Store Credit for online orders can only be used through our website.

Store Credit: We will issue the store credit under the name used on the order. You will be able to view your store credit in your account details when you are logged into your customer account on our website. You will also be able to see it in the store credit section at checkout where it can be applied as payment towards a future purchase.

 

Returns: Items received must be returned within two (2) weeks of the delivery date. After we have received your item(s) and process the return, we will issue the store credit under the name used on the order. 

Exchanges: Please call (212) 360-7266 to make exchanges and have your 4 digit order number ready.

No Returns/Exchanges on: Books, needles, beads, buttons, embellishments, scissors, thimbles, pom poms.

All returned items - Accessories, boxes, bags, threads, etc. must still have its original tags attached, must be unopened, in its original condition, **does not smell of smoke and  must be undamaged, otherwise item(s) will not be accepted for Store Credit.

Items may be returned for store credit only within two(2) weeks of the delivery date. Any item received after two(2) weeks from the delivery date will not be accepted for store credit.

Items are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days to process orders and get back to you because we may need to contact a vendor for availability.

***Please be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. If you return an item that is not traceable and it is lost/stolen in transit, we are not responsible for your package and store credit can not be issued.

Knitting Policy:

** ALL YARN IS FINAL SALE **

All yarns are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of purchasing. 

If we do not have the desired quantity/color in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and deal with it on a case by case basis. Additionally, because of the wide variety of computer monitors, the color you see on your computer may look different when viewed on another computer, as well as real life.

No Returns on: wound yarn, needles, notions, books, buttons, used yarn.

Other merchandise may be returned for store credit only within two (2) weeks of the delivery date.

All returned items must be unopened and the merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. 

Sorry, shipping can not be credited for orders that have already been shipped out.
