Returns & Store Policy
All items are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of purchase.
~ If the desired Canvas is not in stock, we will order it Immediately. If the Vendor has the desired canvas(es) available, we will receive it at our shop within 3-10 Business Days and can then ship directly to the customer. If the Vendor does not have it in their stock, the Canvas needs to be painted and there will be a 4-12 weeks (1-3+ months) waiting period for the vendor's artist to paint the canvas(es). Once the artist has finished painting, it will then take another week (travel time for shipping from Vendor to us) before we receive it at our shop.
~ If the desired Thread, Bead or Accessory is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will order it Immediately. There will be a 1-4 week waiting period (depending on the vendors) before we will receive it to ship to the customer.
Sorry, vendors DO NOT drop ship directly to our customers.
Returns/Cancelled orders are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS. Shipping is Non-Refundable. PLEASE SHOP WISELY!!
No returns on: Books, Needles, Beads, Buttons, Notions.
All returned items: Accessories, Boxes, Bags, Threads must be unopened, must be in its original condition and undamaged otherwise item(s) will not be accepted for Store Credit.

Additionally, because of the wide variety of computer monitors, the color you see on your computer may look different when viewed on another computer, as well as real life.

Other merchandise may be returned for Store Credit within two(2) weeks of receipt.
All returned items must be unopened and the merchandise must be in its original condition.
